Hey guys, tis thedude! Just writing an update since its been a while. With very little activity from me in the earlier part of the year, naturally its taken longer to reach the next 10k. Alas, I thought I'd celebrate a couple of days early! Yay! Almost 160k! Thanks for the continued support guys, hopefully I'll be a lot more active over the rest of the year after the hiatus and stuff. So... onto the updates!

Injury Status
As far as I can tell, my wrist has made a full recovery and my finger is causing very little discomfort, so for the most part I'm completely recovered. Yay! No more leaping over walls for me. As for the finger, I broke that in a water park when one of my mates dragged me down a slide. Didn't even know it had broke until later on in the day.

Catacombs of Kane:
I've done my pages for now, which means you only need to keep an eye on Kostmeyer for the next pages. Might take a little time so please be patient with him, he's competing in AngelCrusher's exciting $1 tournament, writing story entries for Branded-Curse's amazing Viper's Coliseum and also having to juggle other images for his awesome Villian contest whilst also fending off Secret Wars seekers. Needless to say he has much and more on his plate, but I'm certain he will post a new page when he has the time. No idea where we are in the story with us mostly making it up as we go along, but I would imagine we are past the half way point.

Broken Alliance:
All my pages are completed once more, meaning I can sit back and wait for Branded-Curse to continue the story. Alas once more I ask that you be patient with him as he is currently focused on posting for his VC tournament, so it might be a little bit of time before he submits the new pages. The story is approaching its end I think, but there is still some pages to go so I hope we don't disappoint in what has thus far been one hell of a ride. Keep an eye out for Branded-Curse!

Viper's Colloseum:
Eeeeep! We've entered the final stages of the competition! We're down to the final eight and now in the play off stage of the tournament. A loss here will mean elimination. I was lucky enough to have a strong start and guarantee a place in the final 8, so Domino is still in the game. Her Quarter Finals match will pit her in a rematch with Goth Dragomir. So it looks like me and LectertheWerewolf will once again be butting heads. I'll be away through the first week of June, but I imagine I should return and have plenty of time to post an entry for the competition. Looking forwards to seeing what you come up with Lecter, I look forward to our match. May be both have the best of luck!

Deviant Universe:
I might be able to slip in one or maybe two more entries at a push for this month's challenge. I have to say this has probably been the best challenge I have seen so far in the deviant Universe and kudos to mja42x for coming up with the concept, really enjoyed so many of the entries so far. I'll be going on a massive ing spree soon. I've had little muse to post in DU since I'm not really fond of the Thunder Force and Dark Legion approach as I feel it isolates too many people in what has become a vast group. So its nice to finally see another challenge that everyone can take part in

Commissions.:
I'm still doing commissions if I am able. I've had to turn some people down due to limitations so I apologize to them, but if I am able to meet your requests my "trail" commission cost still stands

1 - 2 character image - £10 / $16USD
- Character images will be in full colour, and can be a simple image of one or two characters posing or even having a clash depending on what you feel. It will have a reasonably simple background, depending more or less on the nature of the image requested.

4 Perils image - £20 / $32USD
- 4 peril images are much pricier as it consists of 4 large images involving a character of your choice in a snake, tentacle, bearhug and bodyscissor image. You've probably seen plenty of them already and quite a fair bit of work goes into each one with multiple characters tending to feature within.

Other note:
As I said before I'm going on Holiday soon. I'll only be gone a week, going to visit some relatives in the states. I think I'm going very early June, so about two weeks or so I believe. So there will be a week of no activity from me. Alas, given I was missing for the first couple of months of the year I suppose this won't mean much.

Before I forget:
is looking for a female voice actor to portray his character Vigil. Do you think you'd be able to bring life to the rather posh, sometimes overconfident, dimension travelling heroine? Send a note to Kostmeyer if you wish to have a go at becoming the voice for Vigil in what sounds like a pretty big project that turns his character into an animation!

is also holding a random event of sorts to bring light to a new set of villains he has fashioned from that creative imagination of his. There is a chance you could see your super heroine (its super heroine's only) being commissioned in an image facing one of his four new baddies. I think he will only select a few characters, but I believe it is worth entering since there is a chance you could get picked! Go ahead and check it out.
